Using DatabookGPT to identify sales opportunities & buyers

Wanted to share a quick prompt flow you can use in DatabookGPT to identify new sales opportunities at prospective (and existing) accounts and the relevant buyers for those opportunities.

  1. Ask for an Account Plan for a specific company - part of the response will highlight recommended sales pursuits.

  2. Ask to expand on those sales pursuits - will provide more details on the financial and operational impact of those pursuits and surface recommended buying groups within the organization for each pursuit.

  3. Ask to identify relevant contacts within those buying groups (will supply contact information as well).

Bonus: You can then ask DatabookGPT to draft an outreach email to a specific buyer based on the recommended pursuits and you have a ready-to-go message detailing how your solutions can drive a specific impact to that buyer’s business.
